Parental Concerns

If you have any concerns regarding your child please contact your child’s key worker in the first instance. Miss Toye, Miss McCallum and Miss Armour all have an open door policy and are available to discuss any concerns you may have.

The Complaints Procedure

A complaint is ‘an expression of dissatisfaction about the Council’s action or lack of action, or about the standard of service provided by or on behalf of the Council’.

Complaints can be notified in person, by phone, by email or in writing to the Head of Centre.  If parents/carers have cause for complaint they should contact the nursery in the first instance to make an appointment to meet with the Head of Centre or member of the management team.
